Recent data indicates inflation is under control & industrial production has revived in Nov 2011. Engg. exports have increased to US$45.3 billion during April-Dec 2011 which is a growth of 13% over last year. But it looks to be difficult to achieve the engineering exports target of US$72 billion in the current fiscal year.
