We are waiting for a clarification on the Service Tax leviable on international fairs. In the meantime, the Service Tax collected would be kept as a deposit which will be refunded if the tax is not leviable.

Additional facilities taken during the show, including furniture, etc. have been paid for separately. If any additional service has not been paid for in full, the cost may be adjusted with the security deposit.

No service Tax for those who pay in US Dollars.
Due to limited availability of corner booths, allocation will be done on first-come, first-served basis and also after full payment is done. |

| Payment & Cancellation |

Full payment should be made along with Application Form, duly filled in latest by 30th August, 2011. The
payment should be made by way of Demand Drafts drawn in favour of “EEPC India” or Swift Transfers as
indicated above.
Booking of space will be considered only after receiving 100% payment. 50% cancellation charges applicable if reservation is cancelled before 30th August, 2011. Any cancellation after this date would result in 100%
forfeiture. Acceptance of application and allocation of space will be at the sole discretion of the EEPC India.

| Selection Criteria |
: |
The final selection of the participants will be done by a committee. It will be based on criteria like accreditation to International Standards (like ISO, QS, etc.), foreign collaborations, annual exports, etc.

| Shipment of Exhibits |
: |
EEPC India will appoint a shipping agent to facilitate shipment of exhibits. However, participants are free to choose their own agents. |
| |
|
|
| Travel and Hotel Accommodation |
: |
EEPC India will help participants to find airlines and hotels in Toronto, Canada, at negotiated rates through accredited travel agents. Participants are also free to make their own travel/hotel bookings. |
| |
|
|
| Visa |
: |
EEPC India will issue recommendation letters for a maximum number of two participants for each 9 sq. mt. booth. However, EEPC India cannot guarantee visas as this is at the sole discretion of the High Commission of Canada in India.
|

|
|
| Benefit of the member-exporters |
: |
EEPC India is organizing The India Show in Toronto under the MAI Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Therefore no MDA grant would be available. The rates mentioned above are subsidized as per MAI Scheme of Government of India. |
