Display Booth

The minimum size of a booth will be 9 sq mt . It will have
1 table
2 chairs
1 wastepaper basket
2 spotlights
1 electrical socket
1 podium
Carpet
Fascia

If you need more furniture, etc., please contact EEPC India before the exhibition starts and pay for the extra items.

For bigger stalls, the conditions would be different.

Participation Charges

9 sq mt booth with one open side	:	USD 215 per sq m or Indian Rupee 9,500 per sq mt+ Indian Rupee 979 per sq mt as service tax.
Security deposit	:	US$ 215 per sq mt or Indian Rupee 9500 per sq mt [10% extra for booths with two open sides (subject to availability)]
12 sq mt booth with one open side	:	US$ 205 per sq mt or Indian Rupee 9,000 per sq mt + Indian Rupee 927 per sq m as service tax
Security Deposit	:	US$ 205 per sq mt or Indian Rupee 9,000 per sq mt. [10% extra side booths with two open sides (subject to availability)]

Note:

We are waiting for a clarification on the Service Tax leviable on international fairs. In the meantime, the Service Tax collected would be kept as a deposit which will be refunded if the tax is not leviable.
The Security Deposit would be refunded at the end of the show only if
The participant does not absent himself from the show
Additional facilities taken during the show, including furniture, etc. have been paid for separately. If any additional service has not been paid for in full, the cost may be adjusted with the security deposit.

No service Tax for those who pay in US Dollars.
Due to limited availability of corner booths, allocation will be done on first-come, first-served basis and also after full payment is done.

Mode of Payment

Full payment to be made by:

Two separate Demand Drafts/at par Cheques to be drawn favouring “EEPC INDIA” along with the filled out Registration Form
or
Two separate Swift transfers in US Dollars (to add US$50 per remittance to offset bank charges etc.). The details are:

Payment & Cancellation

Full payment should be made along with Application Form, duly filled in latest by 30th August, 2011. The payment should be made by way of Demand Drafts drawn in favour of “EEPC India” or Swift Transfers as indicated above.

Booking of space will be considered only after receiving 100% payment. 50% cancellation charges applicable if reservation is cancelled before 30th August, 2011. Any cancellation after this date would result in 100% forfeiture. Acceptance of application and allocation of space will be at the sole discretion of the EEPC India.

Selection Criteria

The final selection of the participants will be done by a committee. It will be based on criteria like accreditation to International Standards (like ISO, QS, etc.), foreign collaborations, annual exports, etc.

Shipment of Exhibits

EEPC India will appoint a shipping agent to facilitate shipment of exhibits. However, participants are free to choose their own agents.

Travel and Hotel Accommodation

EEPC India will help participants to find airlines and hotels in Toronto, Canada, at negotiated rates through accredited travel agents. Participants are also free to make their own travel/hotel bookings.

Visa

EEPC India will issue recommendation letters for a maximum number of two participants for each 9 sq. mt. booth. However, EEPC India cannot guarantee visas as this is at the sole discretion of the High Commission of Canada in India.

Benefit of the member-exporters

EEPC India is organizing The India Show in Toronto under the MAI Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Therefore no MDA grant would be available. The rates mentioned above are subsidized as per MAI Scheme of Government of India.
